A day trip to lovely Thirsk and the Brymor Ice Cream Farm with afternoon tea.

A visit to the traditional market town of Thirsk which is centred around its bustling cobbled square. It is more famous as the birthplace of James Herriot, the vet and author of ‘All Creatures Great and Small’ whose former surgery is now a museum dedicated to him. We end the day at the Brymore Ice Cream farm where we enjoy afternoon tea which includes sandwiches, cake and some of their delicious ice cream.
